Due to the nature of the digital services offered through the website, the refund policy is subject to the following:
1. Nature of the Service
The Complete Vision Measurement offers intangible digital services (tests, reports, and personality analyses). The service is provided immediately upon payment.
2. Non-Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are not possible in the following cases:
• After starting the test.
• After viewing or downloading the measurement report.
• If the service has been used partially or fully.
3. Exceptions
Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:
• A technical error prevents the user from fully accessing the service.
• The amount has been deducted without the user being able to use the service.
Requests will be reviewed within a maximum of 5 business days.
4. Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted via the official email address, including details of the transaction and payment method.
